Welcome to my blog!

Hi! My name is Helen! I’m a wife, mom and teacher. I have two young boys (3 and 1). I love to work hard and play hard too! I am in better shape than I was in high school playing 2 sports! I hope to be able to help you accomplish your fitness goals in life. It doesn’t have to boring, it can be totally fun! I love to run (even pushing my 2 boys in a stroller) I just completed my first half marathon 2 months ago. I also completed the 21 day fix after having my second son last year. I was amazed at the results! I have learned that you can always find a way to get a workout in. Whether it’s a quick run with your family or one of Beach Body’s fabulous 30 minute workouts! If I can fit it into my crazy busy schedule, so can you!! I plan to share easy, family friendly recipes (since I’m not a great cook), challenge group info and just some over all fun things! :) I hope you come along with me!
