I love sweets!
I am the type of person that has to have their sweet fix almost daily! I have learned if I don't I will completely over indulge badly if I don't. I also love ice cream...a lot! I like to buy the individually wrapped small Hersey's bars and eat one or two a day. (just enough to cover my fix!) Also one of my other go to snacks are the weight watchers snack size fudge bars. I eat one several times a week. The best part is they are low calorie and it tastes like real ice cream unlike a lot of other low calorie ice cream bars I have tried! What are some of your favorite ways to get your sweet tooth fix without killing your eating?
